To pass my master in communication marketing I had to do a thesis. Being passionate about music and myself being a singer I decided to do it on The Importance of Communication Strategies for Musicians Nowadays.
Challenge
I knew from the beginning that I wanted to have a colorful, not boring document that evokes the music industry.
Solution
When I designed my thesis I wanted to create a unique experience for my readers by bringing the modern music codes in it. I built it in such a way that the whole thesis represents 3 playlists for each chapter, and when you start reading it, it's like you would listen to the playlists. I used the visual codes of streaming platforms nowadays : album presentations, playlist presentations and the time & title indicator at the bottom. Finally the thesis as a whole represents a vinyl with a front & back cover, you take it out to start listening, and you put it back in once you're done.
